MANGO FARMHOUSE - CHILKOOR

Designed for a family that values both entertaining and personal privacy, this farmhouse thoughtfully separates public and private areas through a series of transitional spaces. Set among mature trees and an existing plinth, the design was carefully crafted to preserve the natural landscape while minimizing site disruption. The result is a harmonious layout featuring two private suites, surrounded by inviting transitional spaces that accommodate seating, relaxation, and gatherings.​

NAVYA CONSTRUCTION VILLAS - HYDERABAD

​These villas are part of a large-scale development, each with an average plot size of 1,500 sq. ft. and a built-up area of 2,100 sq. ft. Designed for middle-class families within a specific budget, the challenge was to maximize the utility of each space while maintaining cost efficiency. To achieve this, we focused on creating visual interest through thoughtful massing, rather than relying on costly façade treatments. The result is a charming, elegant design that optimizes both functionality and aesthetics, offering a balance between smart use of space and a pleasing architectural presence without compromising the developer’s margins.

MOKILA HOME - HYDERABAD

Despite the expansive size of the site, the client was committed to minimizing the building’s footprint to just a quarter of the total area. To preserve ample green space on the ground level, we strategically lowered the approach to the basement and introduced an additional plinth level, allowing the house to be distinct from the surrounding lawn. Though the residence spans a generous 6,500 sq. ft. with five bedrooms, this thoughtful design approach ensures that the home maintains a modest appearance while still offering the full range of luxury and amenities.​

COCONUT GROVE FARMHOUSE -BHIMAVARAM

This guesthouse is a contemporary take on the classic American farmhouse, seamlessly blending traditional charm with modern sophistication. While the overall structure retains the iconic silhouette of a farmhouse, its design incorporates sleek, thin columns, contemporary roofing materials, and a refined color palette, offering a fresh, modern interpretation of the style.

Nestled atop a small hill on a sprawling 7-acre farmland, the guesthouse enjoys complete privacy, making it a serene sanctuary away from the world. Nestled in the heart of Bangalore, this home was thoughtfully designed for an antique curator and their family. Set on a sprawling half-acre plot, the property is bordered on two sides by a lush community park, offering both privacy and scenic beauty. The family of four shares a deep passion for Jugalbandi sessions and has a discerning eye for limited edition artwork and rare antiques. The design of the space effortlessly merges contemporary architectural elements with timeless vintage charm, creating a harmonious balance that reflects their unique lifestyle and taste.
